The Cement War is an elegiac meditation on life and the nature of existence by musician, poet, artist and photographer Mark Steenerson, who has been described by Robert Frank as "Johnny Cash with a camera." Combining drawings, handwritten texts and photographs, this volume produces a lyrical paean to the road-trip of life.
