Pp. 8-35 contain an account of the author's Holocaust experiences, as recounted in her memoir "A Cat Called Adolf" (1995). Born in 1924 as Gertrud Mosonyi, she describes how she worked for almost nine months at the Hessisch Lichtenau labor camp. Pp. 36-114 contain questions, mostly from high school and university students in Germany and Great Britain, and Levi's answers, regarding her Holocaust experiences, her views concerning Germans, etc.
