This work explores various dimensions of language resources and services through a structured ontology framework. It connects universal concepts to specific applications, aiming for a global grid that facilitates multicultural processing. A multilingual ontology based on the Swadesh List serves as a conceptual core, while an upper ontology is developed to describe linguistic services. The formal ontology addresses cultures and ethnic groups using type theory and functional programming. The text captures a conceptual model for intercultural collaboration in copyright management, focusing on international copyright laws.
