Founded in 1986 by Morten Schmidt, Bjarne Hammer, and John F. Lassen, the practice has expanded significantly, now employing 140 staff members. The partnership has grown to include Kim Holst Jensen and Kristian Lars Ahlmark, alongside four associate partners. CEO Bente Damgaard oversees daily operations.
