Focusing on the estimation of evapotranspiration (ET), this work develops various models to analyze the partitioning between soil evaporation and plant transpiration at both field and regional scales. It introduces a hybrid dual source model (H-D model) verified across different ecosystems and a regional model (HTEM) utilizing remote sensing data.
