His academic journey included several years as a university lecturer, writing doctoral theses, and publishing work in Germany and internationally. In 1989, he became a professor and founded a university institute for educational sciences. At 41, he transitioned from academia to the private sector, conducting seminars on management training, change management, personal development, and career planning. His foray into prose emerged from engaging discussions with diverse figures in politics, business, and culture, leading to the creation of aphorisms that reflect human behavior in decision-making. He enjoys a rich family life with his wife and two sons, appreciates good food, and has a passion for foreign cultures and problem-solving.
