Proceedings of a jopint scientific symposium of Vladimir State University, Russia, Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, germany and the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS on occasion of partnership jubilee celebration of the cities of Vladimir and Erlangen.
