The driver of the affluent Alice Morely-Johnson, a skilled forger, seeks to secure his future and teams up with his employer's disinherited nephew Gerald and his girlfriend. The girlfriend's task is to blackmail the elderly woman's account manager into releasing her will, which the con artists plan to alter in Gerald's favor. The situation becomes complicated when the elderly woman decides to change her will herself, prompting the frightened driver to consider eliminating her.
