Losing a baby tooth is a rite of passage. It's a big deal because, as everyone knows, you can give it to the tooth fairy and receive monetary compensation. When Marion exclaims, "I have a wiggler!" the household is turned upside down. Nicolas, her older brother, is furious because tradition dictates that he would naturally be the first in the family to enjoy 'the glory' of losing a tooth first. Nicolas' outrage is overheard by Tony, the Tooth Fairy, who has plans to intervene with the biggest surprise ever.
