The story follows Ty Taggart, a once-passionate skater struggling with the loss of his brother, Nick, who died in combat. His reckless skating and disinterest in competitions change when Nick's best friend, Edwin, helps him channel his emotions positively. As Ty prepares for the finals of a local tournament, he impresses with his flashy tricks but faces a setback when he wipes out and breaks his board. With determination, he must repair his board overnight to reclaim his passion and compete.
