According to several authors, the theory of organizations is a discipline located on the border between the economy of organizations, the sociology of organizations, management and political science. She is interested in organizations, both commercial and non-commercial, in all their diversity. It analyzes their operation, structure and development to better understand them and to be able to propose corrections or improvements. The main themes of this discipline are power, relationships and social relations, the analysis of configurations and communication in groups.
