Born in Asti, Brunella Ponzo now lives with her family near Lucca, among the vineyards and olive groves of Tuscany. She works in public administration but her true passions are cookery and the world of wine her husband is a student Master of Wine. In this book she shows how to prepare pasta in a variety of ways in the traditions of Northern, Central and Southern Italy.
