About the Cup Cakes and Brownies Cup cakes... the thought of making them puts my grand children into a happy mood. While they are being baked in the oven, the waiting period is filled with anxiety and curiosity. The cup cakes are watched as they are gradually rising, making every minute so interesting. And once out of the oven, in a matter of minutes most of them disappear. The rewarding smiles make my day! Brownies too have been included to give more value to the book. Dates, apricots, prunes etc will make these really special as well as healthy.
