According to academic literature, advantages associated with EV can arise from improved reputation and image due to effective stakeholder management. Employees participating in volunteer programs are said to enhance their work attitudes such as commitment, motivation, work-engagement, and a positive CSR reputation might become a way to attract new talented employees."
