About the Author Chaty Buckly-Hernandez is a Filipino Canadian author and illustrator. She is a wife to a loving husband, Allen Hernandez, and a loving mother to an amazing little girl, Astrid Hernandez who shares the same passion for drawing and writing stories. She wrote, illustrated, and published three children's books - Be Patient, Little Ladybugs, Fly High, Delight the Butterfly and newly published, Beetley (The Purple Beetle) which her four-year-old daughter wrote together with her. God's Strength in my Weakness is her first catholic devotional book.
