I Love It pictures Michael Meredith's experiments, who was determined to grow hemp to provide for his own as well as his family's needs. All his trials and errors have been elaborately written down and photographed. He tells about his mistakes so something can be learned from them. Not only does he discuss requirements for growing hemp - such as cultivation factors, harvesting, cuttings, etc. - he also describes clearly how to make hemp seed oil, brownies and hemp beer.
