The research investigates low work environment quality and administrative service deficiencies at the National Intercultural University "Fabiola Salazar Leguía." It is based on a situational diagnosis and data analysis involving questionnaires from forty administrative staff and twenty-five internal and external users. The study evaluates key indicators such as empathy, tolerance, and leadership in the work environment, as well as attention, service, and emotionality in administrative services, providing a comprehensive understanding of the issues faced.
