This unique dictionary-style workbook features key concepts like honesty and love, accompanied by definitions and space for personal notes. Over the years, the family engaged in discussions, evolving from drawings to sharing quotes. The author began sharing these insights through a blog and emails, maintaining a tradition of sending out a new word every Friday, which inspired the title "Frey Freyday."
