Focusing on the perceptions of users regarding access to pharmaceutical services in Basic Health Units, this study highlights the challenges faced in obtaining medicines in Divinópolis, Minas Gerais. It examines the organizational and structural issues within these services that hinder access, despite guidelines from Brazilian health organizations. Utilizing data from the qualitative Servir Project conducted in 2014, the research analyzes users' sociodemographic, economic, and health profiles, alongside their experiences with the physical infrastructure and dispensing practices of the services.
