Examining the performance effects of corporate entrepreneurship

The thesis explores the significant relationship between corporate entrepreneurship (CE) and firm performance, focusing on aspects like innovation, strategic renewal, and corporate venturing. Through a meta-analysis of 76 independent samples, it reveals that these CE elements positively influence both financial and non-financial performance metrics. Notably, the findings indicate a stronger correlation when performance is evaluated subjectively rather than objectively. Additionally, the study includes a moderator analysis to further understand the dynamics at play.
