The plot centers around a helicopter carrying the Russian President that is shot down in northern Syria and captured by the notorious ISIS commander known as the Scorpion. The only potential rescuer is Vin Cooper, a former OSI Special Agent who has distanced himself from his past life of heroics. As the situation escalates, the stakes are high, and Cooper must confront his reluctance to re-enter the dangerous world he left behind.
