Designed by Jancy Liu, it emphasizes the interplay between image and text. Following its success, Stromberg created two more volumes, each evolving in complexity and thematic depth. "Confusies" introduced intricate drawings and a richer printing process, while "Desperaddies" adopted a pocketbook format, exploring themes of love, alienation, and childhood trauma through a narrative structure.
