CME: Motivation and Practice Change

The study explores how pathologists apply knowledge gained from Continuing Medical Education (CME) to enhance patient care. It investigates the motivations behind their participation in CME events and how these motivations influence their intent to implement new skills and knowledge in their practice. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods, the research employs the Participation Reasons Survey (PRS) and Commitment to Change (CTC) forms, along with demographic questionnaires, to gather comprehensive data on this critical aspect of medical education.
