The thesis presents a control strategy for a hybrid power supply that integrates a fuel cell and a battery, optimizing their strengths and mitigating weaknesses. It focuses on enabling the fuel cell to function as a current source while the battery acts as a voltage source. A digital controller is developed to regulate the current output from the fuel cell's DC/DC converter, facilitating this current source operation. The system connects the battery, load, and fuel cell converter in parallel to efficiently meet the load's demands.
