The story revolves around Sherry Mae Stanton Cutler and her group of retiree friends, known as the Silver Six, who are causing a stir in Lilyvale, Arkansas. When Sherry Mae's niece, Nixy, comes to help manage the lively group, she soon discovers that the town is also dealing with a murder mystery. As Nixy tries to maintain order among the quirky retirees, the presence of a killer adds an unexpected twist to their dynamic.
