Set against a backdrop of chaos in New York, the story follows event planner Abby Appleby as she navigates an unexpected romance with the superhero Talon, who becomes temporarily blinded during a confrontation with his nemesis, Bandit. As a blizzard traps them together, Abby, who hides her true identity, bonds with Talon, who affectionately calls her Nightingale. However, danger looms when Bandit seeks Abby for information, forcing her to confront the consequences of her deception and the threats surrounding her.
