Set on a farm, an aging dog named Jack has found his purpose in protecting sheep and training pups. When two sheep vanish mysteriously, Jack questions his abilities and fears letting down his young owner, Luke. Their troubles escalate when they uncover a more formidable threat: a rabid wolf. Faced with this danger, Jack must summon his courage and adapt to protect his loved ones, raising the question of whether an old dog can indeed learn new tricks.
