A New Methodology Proposal for Urban Regeneration of Brownfield Areas

Utilizing both quantitative methods, like Grid Based Model-Hierarchical Cluster Analysis, and qualitative approaches such as SWOT analysis, the research aims to identify potential solutions specifically for Brownfield sites, addressing a critical gap in urban planning and management.
