The story follows Arthur, the presumed heir to Lost Vegas, who has turned a blind eye to his father's corrupt rule, believing he can enact change once in power. Accompanied by his rival, Marshall Cruise, Arthur confronts his ingrained prejudices as he grapples with the reality of his father's depravity. After Marshall saves his life twice, Arthur begins to see the possibility of making a meaningful impact in a city overshadowed by his father's influence, igniting a desire to transform Lost Vegas for the better.
