Set against the backdrop of a newly formed universe, Leaffe, a supernatural being, oversees the creation of planets, including Zula, which faces self-destruction due to overpopulation and industrial excess. To preserve life, a space station called Haven is built, but it comes under attack from aliens led by Shaitan. Leaffe aids a group of children in escaping aboard the Ark, equipped with advanced technology. Their journey spans eons as they witness Earth's evolution, only to confront the dark truths about Shaitan and humanity's origins upon their return.
