It explores how these institutions help visitors engage with the past, discussing representations of significant events like the Holocaust and air warfare. By introducing the concept of experientiality, the work offers a new framework for analyzing exhibitions and understanding the emotional and cognitive impacts they have on visitors, while also emphasizing themes such as transnational memory and critical thinking.
