Focusing on climate change impacts, this study examines local adaptation strategies in the rural Rusizi district of Rwanda. Utilizing remote sensing methods and satellite imagery from 2005 and 2015, the research involved a representative sample of 106 subjects through interviews and surveys. Data analysis was conducted using various software tools, including ARC GIS for classification, EXCEL for encoding results, and R for statistical comparisons. The study aims to provide insights into the community's response to climate challenges through qualitative and quantitative data processing.
