Saguaro Stillness is about a child who walks into the desert feeling sad. The child begins speaking to the saguaro, who teaches the child how to find stillness and peace. Through physical movement, opening the senses, imagery, gratitude, and meditation, the child's heart is once again able to shine. This book provides tools to children on how to return to peace. Children who live in Tucson illustrated the book after hearing the story for the first time.
