This book promotes mindfulness, filled with affirmations meant to boost self esteem, improve well-being, and encourage creative thinking. The reader is guided through the colors of the rainbow, met with an animal or insect within each color that speaks an affirmation. The reader is prompted to speak the affirmation back to the animal or insect before moving on to the next color. After exiting the rainbow, the reader sees that they are the colors of the rainbow and they always have the affirmations from each color with them.
