In 2016 the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults celebrates its fiftieth anniversary. This unique cultural institution not only educated the youth in Iran, from villages to large cities, but it also has brought new ways of thinking and vision for the young Iranians. Also of significance is that many of those who worked at the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults, became important Iranian writers, poets, painters, musicians and filmmakers.
