In Searching for the Moon, British Muslim Latheefa describes her extraordinary life journey, beginning with the time she was engaged to a virtual stranger in India at the age of 10. Later forced into another arranged marriage, she finally took back control of her life and now runs a successful business. She has two highly educated children and lives in the suburbs of London as a single mother. Latheefa has kept her identity hidden to protect them. By writing her story, she hopes to inspire other girls and women in similar situations.
