The General is very subdued and controls ECOM both etherically and ruthlessly. An intelligent man who developed a universal hate and a deep commitment to world dominance on the planet Hurrix. The General is separate and apart from everything. The General with his black cigars, bald head and beard, over weight, and with a sullen appearance could never evolve into what makes life worthwhile. Konda could see that he was evil and his whole intent was to inflict suffering upon the world of Hurrix and other paranormal and parallel dimensions throughout the universe.
