For over 10 years I have had the privilege of spending most of my time in nature with a camera. In my time, walking dirt packed trails or pressing the shutter aside the sounds of falling water and the scent of mountain pines. I have discovered how healing and calming nature is for me.It is my sincere hope that, through coloring these pages, you are able to connect and find peace in nature the way in which I have.Allow yourself to receive the healing effects of both nature and art therapy.Science has shown that utilizing these in conjunction not only brings us reduced stress, but also emotional healing, improved relationship skills, and reduced aggression, among others.Each of the images within this coloring book is hand drawn by myself from actual images I have captured throughout my career.
