One of Silicon Valley's newest chipmakers is struggling to survive. The CEO receives an ultimatum from the financiers - improve the sagging fortunes of his fledgling company, or face ouster. Desperate to retain control, he launches an unusual scheme to raise money quickly. The employees fall into two distinct groups.
