The Spaceman and the Alien is two stories in one book. The first story is from the point of view of the Spaceman. When you get to the end, flip it over, and read the book upside down to read the Alien's version of the story. It is the same story but quite different... Right-Side-Up: A Spaceman from Earth goes on a long journey to a far away planet. When he gets there he meets an Alien. The Spaceman and the Alien do not speak the same language but become friends.
