My Dad is the one who inspired me to begin my journey to health and abundant life. When he recovered from paralysis of 2 strokes that got my attention. When he found some information that said if our diet consisted of 85% living foods and 15% cooked food, excluding meat, dairy, and processed foods, I knew I could do that. I have followed this Living foods lifestyle since 1980 and have been able to prevent all the old age diseases that others get. I am so glad that God revealed this to me when He did. It is my passion to teach other people that they don't have to be sick
