My name is Diana, and after many years, I fi nally understand that I change myself for me because I want to be the person I was meant to be, because I still have so much life to live, because I can do anything I set my mind to. I now understand that trying to change myself to please another person cannot work. It may work for a short time, but it is not a long term solution. I no longer need to be a "people pleaser." I no longer have to say yes. I am learning to say no when that's what I mean. I can just be me. I am learning at last to be honest.
