Mustafa Dent a well known person in the city of Newark Nj opened a food truck and named it shenas.Author Robert Carpenter and family loved the food so much he wrote about it in his new children book Food Truck. This book shows that if you support community business that stories of men and women like Mustafa Dent will continue to be born.
