Dr Solomon Isaacs, a brilliant geneticist with a photographic memory, is released from Belmarsh High Security Prison in London after serving a 35 year sentence for a breach of the Official Secrets Act.Whilst working at the Government's Secret Research Establishment at Porton Down, he is appalled at the disregard of the Nuremburg Convention on Human Rights.
