This is the companion workbook to Dancing with Unity. Best results are achieved in a group atmosphere. In this workbook, the reader will be guided to tasks and meditations that will help people explore and assess their long-held beliefs and indoctrinations about racial differences. Using prompts, tasks and tools offered within the book, the reader is taken on a journey with stops along the way to revisit past experiences. Through reflection, the reader is able to reevaluate past attitudes and opinions sharing their new-found awareness by generating discussions with people of other races. In this friendly environment, all the participants are valued, respected and encouraged to openly and freely share their revelations, moving everyone to a higher understanding of humanity.
