The 2nd Lightning follows the life of our teenage heroine through an eight-year span. It boldly dares to hit some very sexually explicit subjects in charting the trials and tribulations of young June Alexander as her life unfolds. For many, this book will create a roller coaster of emotions, but what happens to the heroine is just a glimpse of the reality that a major portion of today's young population will have to face. This book is fiction, but as in all significant novels, many of the elements are true.
