Salt Flat, Kentucky is a sleepy town until a mysterious tent shows up one day. A charismatic preacher starts inviting people to an old-fashioned tent revival. Everyone is mesmerized by his presence and entranced by the magic he performs. Sy Sutton isn't fooled by what's going on.
