This book I have written is focused on the traumatic experiences I have endured. Although I survived them I know there are others in this world experiencing the same or something traumatic to them. This is a poetry book full of poems on surviving memories, surviving trauma, surviving abuse. It's a book full of facing the pain of the past and moving forward. I am hoping these poems will help future readers pull through the worst times in their lives. These poems are to help others; I am hoping that at least one poem in this book helps them survive.
