Romeo was a friendly dachshund whose life was made miserable by three large dogs in his neighborhood. He desperately tried to become their friend. When he nabbed a burglar, his enemies couldn't help but admire him, and they were ashamed of their bullying. They became friends and valuable helpers of the police, guarding their neighborhood.
