A Jester contest to be held by the King? Leon saw this as an opportunity and decided to go for it by learning the skills needed to win the Jester competition. Leon may have certainly learned about being a Jester. But is that all he learned? Did he even win? Not as simple a story as you might have expected but you will laugh! When the King announced that he was going to hold a contest to determine who was to be his new Jester, Leon decided that this was a contest he wanted to enter. Leon did his research and learned the skills of a Jester. He had a few setbacks and took a few lumps along the way, but he continued working toward his goal of becoming "The King's Jester". The day of the contest finally arrived, and Leon was confident and prepared. He had worked hard and long and believed he was ready. He performed exquisitely in front of the King. The King laughed. But did Leon win? The Moral will leave everyone smiling because there is a lesson we all need to learn, not just children!
